Kairon Health Inc. (the “Company”) is a comprehensive healthcare operations platform designed to empower physician practices in managing their full spectrum of clinical, operational, and financial goals.
We understand your privacy is important to you and are committed to being transparent about how we collect and use your data. This notice describes our collection practices, the types of data we handle, and the privacy rights available to you. We will update this notice as we adopt new data practices.

How We Collect and Use (Process) Your Personal Information
The Company collects personal information about its website visitors and customers. With a few exceptions, this information is generally limited to: name, job title, employer name, work address, work email, work phone number.
We use the information we collect to provide our services, operate our business, and communicate with you. We do not sell personal information to anyone and only share it with third parties who are facilitating the delivery of our services.
We may also receive personal data about you from third parties, including your employer or information available through industry sources and third-party websites such as LinkedIn.
Use of the Kairon Health Website
As is true of most other websites, the Company’s website collects certain information automatically and stores it in log files. The information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, the region or general location where your computer or device is accessing the internet, browser type, operating system, and other usage information about the use of the Company’s website, including a history of the pages you view.
We use this information to help us design our site to better suit our users’ needs. The Company has a legitimate interest in understanding how members, customers and potential customers use its website. This assists the Company with providing more relevant products and services, communicating value to our partners, and providing adequate staffing to best serve our customers.

The Company makes available a comprehensive Cookie Policy that describes the cookies and tracking technologies used on the Company website and provides information on how users can accept or reject them.

Personal information is stored in one or more databases hosted by third parties located in the United States. These third parties do not use or have access to your personal information for any purpose other than cloud storage and retrieval.
The Company does not otherwise reveal your personal data to third parties for their independent use unless: (1) you request or authorize it; (2) the information is provided in connection with conferences or other professional events; (3) the information is provided to comply with the law, enforce an agreement we have with you, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or the rights, property or safety of our employees or others; (4) the information is provided to our agents, vendors or service providers who perform functions on our behalf; (5) to address emergencies or acts of God; or (6) to address disputes, claims, or to persons demonstrating legal authority to act on your behalf.
We may also gather aggregated data about our services and website visitors and disclose the results of such aggregated (but not personally identifiable) information to our partners, service providers, advertisers, and/or other third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
The Company’s website may contain links to other websites operated by third parties, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. The Company does not control such other websites and is not responsible for their content or their privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party websites.
Transferring Personal Data to the U.S.
The Company has its headquarters in the United States. Information we collect about you will be processed in the United States.
The United States has not sought nor received a finding of “adequacy” from the European Union under Article 45 of the GDPR. The Company relies on derogations for specific situations as set forth in Article 49 of the GDPR. The Company collects and transfers to the U.S. personal data only with your consent, to perform a contract with you, or to fulfill a compelling legitimate interest of the Company in a manner that does not outweigh your rights and freedoms. The Company endeavors to apply suitable safeguards to protect the privacy and security of your personal data and to use it only consistent with your relationship with the Company and the practices described in this Privacy Statement. The Company also minimizes the risk to your rights and freedoms by not collecting or storing sensitive information about you.
For personal data transferred from the EU or UK, the Company has implemented binding, standard data protection clauses adopted by the supervisory authority and approved by the Commission, in accordance with GDPR Article 46.
Since it was founded, the Company has received zero government requests for information.

Data Subject Rights
The European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other countries’ privacy laws provide certain rights for data subjects. These rights include:

You have a right to correct (rectify) the record of your personal data maintained by the Company if it is inaccurate. You may request that the Company erase that data or cease processing it, subject to certain exceptions.
Reasonable access to your personal data will be provided at no cost. If access cannot be provided within a reasonable time frame, we will provide you with a date when the information will be provided. If for some reason access is denied, we will provide an explanation of why access has been denied.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal data. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Data Storage and Retention
Your personal data is stored by the Company on its servers, and on the servers of the cloud-based database management services the Company engages, located in the United States.
The Company retains service data for the duration of the customer’s business relationship with the Company and for a period of time thereafter, to analyze the data for the Company’s own operations, and for historical and archiving purposes associated with the Company’s services.
For prospective customers, the Company retains data until such time as it no longer has business value and is purged from Company systems.
Children’s Data
We do not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive information from children.
